Petitioner has approached this Court alleging that private respondents no. 6 & 7 are threatening to demolish the construction being made by him from the funds allotted under Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana.
From the pleadings, we find that the funds were allocated to father of the petitioner and a notice dated 17.3.2018 was issued by the Block Development Officer that despite disbursement of two installments, the allottee has not been able to put a roof over the construction and thus proceedings be undertaken so as to make the allottee to complete the construction within time.
It appears that in order to overcome the same, the present petition has been filed impleading these two persons that they are demolishing the construction. Without entering into this aspect of the matter, since the dispute is with private respondents and it is open for the petitioner for redressal of his grievance to file a civil suit. The writ of mandamus as prayed, is not liable to be granted as it is well settled that the administrative authorities have no jurisdiction or authority to interfere in a dispute between two private parties.
The writ petition stands dismissed with the aforesaid liberty.
