1. The petition seeks issuance of a writ in the nature of certiorari for quashing first information report dated 02.03.2012 in Case Crime No.C-103 of 2012, under Sections 419, 420, 467, 468, 471, 120-B I.P.C., Police Station Jaisinghpur, District Sultanpur.
2. Short counter affidavit has been filed on behalf of the prosecuting agency in Court, which is taken on record. It has been stated that investigation has been concluded. Incriminating evidence has been found indicating culpability of the accused. Charge-sheet has been prepared.
3. In view of the above no ground for quashing of the first information report is made out.
4. Petition is dismissed.
5. Charge-sheet be filed in Court within four weeks, if already not filed.
