In pursuance of the order dated 15.11.2018, learned Standing Counsel has obtained instructions. A copy of the same is taken on record.
In the instructions received, it has been stated that one Shri Om Prakash Pandey son of Shri Narayan is in unauthorized occupation over an area of 0.002 hectares of plot no. 1271 having the total area of 0.045 hectares and that proceedings under Section 67 (1) of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 have been initiated against him, which is numbered as Case No. T201814360202794.
22.12.2018 is the date fixed in the said case.
Under the circumstances, this PIL is disposed of with the observations that the proceedings under Section 67 (1) of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 drawn against the respondent no. 5 and pending consideration before the respondent no. 4 be decided expeditiously, preferably within a period of four months from the date a certified copy of this order is filed before the respondent no. 4.
