The present writ petition has been preferred with a prayer commanding the respondent authorities to demarcate the land of petitioner as Arazi No. 1287 area 1.11 decimal situated in the village Doghara Shekhpatti, Tappa-Sapahi Kuchaya, Tehsil Tamkuhiraj, District Kushinagar. With further prayer commanding the respondents not to interfere in peaceful possession of the petitioner.
Once the Court has declined to interfere in the matter, confronted with the situation, learned counsel for the petitioner states that he is not inclined to press the writ petition and the same may be dismissed as withdrawn.
The writ petition is accordingly dismissed as not pressed.
