Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Advocate.
Under challenge in the instant writ petition is FIR relating to Case Crime No. 280 of 2009, under Sections 467, 468, 471, 504 and 506 IPC read with Section 21/29 Arms Act, police station Kotwali Ayodhya, District Faizabad.
We have gone through the FIR. The allegations levelled in the FIR seem to be trivial in nature.
Accordingly, we direct that till report under Section 169/173 Cr.P.C. is forwarded by the police personnel, the petitioner shall not be arrested in the aforesaid case crime number.
However, investigation shall go on and the petitioner shall cooperate with the same.
With the aforesaid observations/directions, the writ petition stands finally disposed of.
