The instant writ petition is directed against the orders dated 01.02.2016 and 13.04.2016 passed by the Consolidation Officer, Shahganj, District Jaunpur.
In my considered opinion, this writ petition is not maintainable, inasmuch as, the petitioner has a statutory alternative remedy of an appeal before the Settlement Officer Consolidation followed by a revision before the Deputy Director of Consolidation.
None of these statutory alternative remedies have been availed.
In such view of the matter, this writ petition is dismissed on the ground of availability of statutory alternative remedy.
