JUDGMENT / ORDER

Learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to make necessary correction in the prayer clause of the petition.
Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for the respondent no.2.
The petitioner is before this Court for a direction to Additional District Judge, Court No.21, Kanpur Nagar to decide the Execution Case No.5 of 1994 (Kanhaiya Lal and others Vs. U.P. Awas Vikas Parishad, Kanpur) within stipulated period.
It is argued by learned counsel for the petitioner that since the matter is pending consideration before the court below for a long time he is suffering irreparable loss.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the issue, the present petition stands disposed of finally with a direction to the concerned court below to consider and decide the aforesaid application/case/suit in accordance with law expeditiously and preferably within a period of six months from the date of production of self attested computer generated copy of this order downloaded from the official website of High Court Allahabad but certainly after giving opportunity to the parties concerned and without granting unnecessary adjournments to either of the parties.
