Criminal Misc. Bail Application No. - 2848 of 2016.
This is the second bail application moved on behalf of applicant/appellant Laxmi Kant Gupta @ Mangru Gupta. The first bail application of the applicant/appellant was rejected by the Bench of Hon'ble Justice Kalimullah Khan as his Lordship was then vide order dated 05.09.2013 passed in Criminal Appeal No. 5641 of 2011.
Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned AGA for the State and perused the record.
I find no new sufficient ground to enlarge the applicant/appellant on bail. The second bail application is also rejected.
Office has already been directed to get the paper book of this case prepared vide order dated 05.09.2013 but the same has not been prepared so far. So office is again directed to prepare the paper book within one month and list this matter thereafter for final hearing.
