1. Heard learned counsel for petitioner and Mr. Sanjay Mishra appearing for the respondent No. 2 and Shri Rajesh Kumar Srivastava who appears for the respondents No. 4 and 5.
2. The petitioner prays for a Mandamus to be issued to the respondents to revise the family pension of the petitioner as also to release the arrears thereof w.e.f. 2003 when the husband of the petitioner Shri Nem Chand died. The petitioner has made a representation and prays that her representation may be directed to be decided by the respondents.
3. The counsel for respondents, on the other hand, has pointed out that the representation of the petitioner is undated and it does not contain sufficient details with regard to the claim of petitioner for revision of her family pension.
4. This writ petition is disposed off with a direction to the petitioner to make a fresh representation within a period of two weeks from today giving the details of arrears of family pension alleged not to have been received by her and also give the details of wrong calculation, if any, of such family pension by the respondents.
5. If such representation is made within the time period stipulated by this Court, the same shall be decided by the respondent No. 4 by a reasoned and speaking order within a period of six weeks thereafter.
