Heard Sri Krishna Kumar Singh, learned counsel for petitioner and Sri Hemant Kumar, learned counsel for respondents.
Sri Krishna Kumar Singh submits that petitioner is in agreement to the proposition, put-forth by learned counsel for opposite party, that unless and until, legal heirs of the petitioner, challenges the order of termination dated 21.12.2013, they will not derive any benefit by continuing such luxurious litigation.
Sri Krishna Kumar Singh submits that respondents have even not provided a copy of termination order to him till date, so that petitioner may be in a position to challenge the same before appropriate forum.
Sri Hemant Kumar undertakes to supply a copy of termination order no. 4768 dated 21.12.2013 to the counsel for the petitioner within 15 days from today under acknowledgment. Thereafter, petition will be free to move an appropriate application, if so advised, to challenge the order of termination on its own merits.
In above terms, petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
This Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the case and it is made clear that withdrawal of this petition will not come in the way of petitioner, if she chooses to challenged the order of termination dated 21.12.2013.
