(Ref: Order on Delay Condonation Application.) This is an application seeking condonation of delay in filing the appeal.
Perused the office report dated 18.12.2014 and 23.02.2019, notices upon respondent nos. 1 to 5 and 7 have been returned with a remark that they do not live on the given address and are residing at Videsh, notices upon respondent nos. 6 and 9 have been returned duly served, respondent no. 8 could be find as there remains no one in that name and address.
The application is, therefore, dismissed under Chapter XII Rule 4 of Allahabad High Court Rules, 1952.
(Ref: Order on Appeal) The application, seeking condonation of delay in filing appeal, having been dismissed vide order of date, this appeal being barred by limitation, is also dismissed.
