The petitioner has preferred the present writ petition against the order of transfer dated 30.06.2007.
When the matter was taken up as fresh, it was pointed out before the Court that this is second writ petition filed by the petitioner without disclosing the facts regarding filing of first writ petition. More than 14 years have already been lapsed.
In the circumstances, the Court is of the opinion that no relief could be granted to the petitioner as prayed for by means of present writ petition, after the expiry of more than 14 years.
Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed.
