Learned Additional Public Prosecutor Shri Raval, under instruction of Shri Y.R.Gamit, Police Inspector, Vastrapur Police Station, states that as and when applicant approaches for recording the formal complain the same will be registered in accordance with law under Section 154(1).

In view of this statement, learned counsel for the applicant seeks permission to withdraw this petition, at this stage, without going into the merits of the matter. Permission, as sought for is granted. The petition is disposed of as withdrawn. Notice is discharged.
