1. Rule.
The petitioner shall file an undertaking before this Court within a period of one week along with photographs of the land in question bearing survey no. 30 paiki village Zaria, Taluka Shihor, District Bhavnagar. The petitioner shall also further undertake that during the pendency of this petition, the petitioner shall not transfer the land in question and that the petitioner shall use the said land only for the purpose of agriculture. If any breach is found, the order of status-quo shall stand automatically vacated. Status-quo granted earlier to continue till final disposal of the petition.
2. Ms.
Sonal D. Vyas, learned Advocate for the petitioner states that respondent no.8 has been wrongly added as party respondent no.8 and was never a party to the proceedings before the Secretary (Appeals) as well. Respondent No. 8 stands deleted.
