The petitioner claims that he is a holder of license to run a saw mill that licence expired in 2017. Under the procedure prescribed the petitioner has applied for renewal of license online and has also applied for change of location of the saw mill. Both theses applications are pending before respondent no. 2.
The writ petition is disposed of with the observation that the respondent no. 2 may consider the applications of the petitioner, if the applications have been filed within time and are according to the procedure prescribed and the petitioner fulfils all the criteria for grant of license, his claim may be considered and decided, as far as possible, within four months from the date a certified copy of this order is presented before it.
