Post of Principal in Gandhi Inter College, Sahawar Kasganj, District Kasganj has fallen vacant on 1.4.2018. Petitioner states that he is the senior most Assistant Teacher in the institution but instead of charge being given to him, the Manager of the institution has handed over charge to respondent no.5, who is junior to petitioner.
It appears that the petitioner has also represented in the matter before the District Inspector of Schools, Kasganj, who has also issued a notice on 9.4.2018.
Since the District Inspector of Schools concerned is already seized of the matter, and no decision has yet been taken nor signature of any of the contestant has been attested so far, it would be appropriate to direct the petitioner to approach the respondent no. 2 in respect of his grievance, noticed above. The respondent no. 2 after affording an opportunity of hearing to the respondent nos.4 & 5 shall pass an appropriate order, in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks thereafter. The attestation of signatures on the post of principal shall abide by the orders to be passed by the District Inspector of Schools, concerned.
With the aforesaid observation, writ petition stands disposed of.
