By this writ petition, the petitioners are challenging the communication dated 15.02.2019 by which a notice has been issued by the respondent no. 4/Nagar Nigam, Kanpur Nagar for demolition of the shop which is said to be without any valid allotment order.
No order has been passed thereafter and therefore we permit the petitioners to withdraw this writ petition and file a detailed reply to the show cause notice and thereafter the authority concerned shall take appropriate decision in accordance with law.
The writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty aforesaid.
