This is a writ petition against demolition in Plot No.5-Ba New Mathura Road, Iglas District Aligarh issued by Executive Officer, Nagar Panchayat, Iglas, Aligarh.
Against the order of demolition the petitioner has remedy under the Statute of filing representation/appeal.
The writ petition for the aforesaid purpose cannot be maintained. It is, accordingly, dismissed.
