Heard Sri Sudhakar Pandey, learned counsel for the petitioner. Learned Standing counsel has appeared for the respondents.
The petitioner by means of this writ petition wants a direction to the competent authority for making an enquiry regarding issuance of forged caste certificate to Schedule Castes and for quashing of the orders dated 10.4.2018 and 21.6.2018 passed in this regard.
The petitioner is not a person aggrieved by the issuance of any caste certificate. The petition has not been filed in Public Interest Litigation or in representative capacity.
In view of the above, we are of the opinion that as the petitioner is not a person aggrieved, he has no locus standi to maintain the writ petition.
The petition is mis-conceived and is dismissed.
