Petitioner's grievance is that higher wages on contractual basis are being paid to other employees excluding the petitioner can more appropriately be examined by the fourth respondent, at the first instance.
Petitioner, therefore, is permitted to approach the fourth respondent along with all materials in support of his claim together with a copy of this order, within two weeks from today. Such claim of the petitioner would be got examined by the competent authority and an appropriate order would be passed within a further period of two months, thereafter.
