This criminal revision under Section 397/401 Cr.P.C., has been filed aggrieved by judgment and order dated 10.12.1997 passed by the learned Judge, Family Court, Gorakhpur in Case No. 132/94 under Section 125 Cr.P.C. filed by Smt. Anju Devi awarding Rs. 500 per month as maintenance allowance to the opposite party.
3. Having gone through the record, I do not find any manifest error or otherwise illegality, procedural or otherwise, so as to justify interference in criminal revision.
4. Dismissed. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
5. Certify this judgment to the lower Court immediately.
