Notice issued to the respondents has returned unserved for want of proper addresses. Learned advocate for the petitioner to furnish true and complete address of the respondents nos. 1, 2 & 3. Registry to issue fresh notice to these respondents thereafter, to be made returnable on 29th February 2012.
As far as respondent no.4 is concerned, according to the learned advocate for the petitioner, he has passed away. Learned advocate to bring on record heirs and legal representatives of the deceased respondent no.4 on record by the returnable date.
Interim stay granted earlier by Order dated 25th January 2012 of this Court [Coram : C.L Soni, J.] shall continue till 29th February 2012.
