Lavjibhai vs Vithalbhai

The petitioner is directed to bring the heirs and legal representatives of respondent No. 4, who died pending this petition. This was directed by virtue of order dated 15th February 2012. Till this date, the said order has not been complied with. If the same is not complied within four days, ad interim relief granted in favour of the petitioner shall stand vacated without further reference to this court.
