Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned counsel Sri Harsh Vardhan Gupta for respondents no. 4, 5, 6 and 7 as well as learned standing counsel for respondents no. 1, 2 and 3.
The grievance of the petitioner is that even after the letter/direction issued by the Basic Education Officer, District Kaushambi, to the Block Education Officer, Headquarter Kaushambi, no decision is taken by the Block Education Officer, Headquarter Kaushambi, who was supposed to take decision within a week from the issuance of the first letter dated 31.12.2018 and the reminder letter dated 9.1.2019 (Annexure- 2 and 6 of the writ petition).
In view of the aforesaid, this writ petition is disposed of by directing the respondent no. 6 to pass appropriate order in compliance of the directions issued by the respondent no. 4 preferably and positively by 8th March, 2019, in case, if the respondent no. 6 Block Education Officer, Headquarter Kaushambi will not pass an order appropriate action against him will be taken by the District Magistrate, Kaushambi.
With these directions the writ petition is disposed of.
