This is second bail application on behalf of the applicant. The first bail application was rejected by this court vide order dated 02.12.2014, passed in Criminal Misc. Bail Application No. 7619 of 2014.
It appears that either the trial has concluded or the applicant is not interested to pursue his bail application.
Accordingly, the second bail application is rejected.
However, the applicant is at liberty to move a recall application, in case, the trial is not concluded.
