Ref. Order on Criminal Misc. Correction Application No.1 of 2019.
Heard Sri Jahangir Haider, learned counsel for the applicant and Sri Sanjay Singh, learned AGA-1 appearing for the State and also perused the record.
The correction application has been moved for correction of the order dated 9.7.2019 passed by this Court.
Learned counsel for the applicant is permitted to make necessary correction in the memo of application during the course of the day.
The correction application is allowed and the order dated 9.7.2019 is corrected as under:
"The name of the applicant mentioned at the top of the particulars of the case by the Computer Centre as Lav Kush is incorrect and the correct name of the applicant is Love Kush Kumar and the same shall be read as such."
Computer Centre is directed to correct the name of the applicant accordingly.
Learned counsel for the applicant also prays for and is granted two weeks further time from today to file application for reclining NBW before the court below.
Accordingly the correction application stands disposed off.
Copy of the order be supplied to the learned counsel for the applicant on payment of usual charges today.
