Heard Shri Ashutosh Mishra, learned counsel for the petitioners and Shri Govind Krishna, learned counsel for respondent No. 4.
The present writ petition has been filed against the orders passed in proceedings registered under Section 38 of the U.P. Land Revenue Code, 2006 for correction of records. The proceedings are summary in nature and the petitioners have a remedy to institute appropriate proceedings for declaration of their rights.
For the aforesaid reasons, it is not a fit case for interference under Article 226 of the Constitution of India. The writ petition is dismissed.
