(Per : HONOURABLE MR.JUSTICE RAVI R.TRIPATHI) Learned advocate Mr.G.T. Parikh for the appellant invites attention of the Court to an order passed by this Court (Coram: V.M. Sahai & K.S. Jhaveri, JJ.) on 27th September 2011. The said order reads as under:
"In view of sick note of Mr HM Bhagat, counsel for respondents Nos.1 to 4, matter stands adjourned to 18th October 2011. It is made clear that on the next date the matter will not be adjourned either on sick note or on leave note or on any ground whatsoever."
It is submitted that the learned advocate Mr.H.M. Bhagat has filed sick note. Though as per the above order dated 27th September 2011, the said sick note is liable to be ignored, but only with a view to give the learned advocate last chance the matter is adjourned to 3rd May 2012.
