Heard learned counsel for the applicant and the learned A.G.A. It is argued by the learned counsel for the applicant that the co-accused Vijay Singh has been granted bail by an order of Hon'ble S.K. Jain, J on 30.7.2009 and the case of the applicant is similar. Learned AGA on the other hand contended that the said person was granted bail because he was not named in the FIR. This is a broad day light murder for which the FIR has been lodged. The deceased has been murdered after pouring kerosene oil and setting him on fire and the post mortem report shows burn injuries. I find no ground to release the applicant on bail. The prayer for bail is refused. The bail application is accordingly rejected.
