(Per : HONOURABLE MR.JUSTICE RAVI R.TRIPATHI) Taking into consideration the fact that that in the month of January 2012, the convict has enjoyed temporary bail for a period of 15 days, thereafter in the month of February 2012 he has enjoyed temporary bail for a period of 10 days for treatment of his wife, it was inquired from the learned advocate for the applicant as to what was the treatment taken by the convict's wife, the learned advocate replies that some treatment was taken, but surgery was not performed.
2. This is no ground for asking leave of temporary bail repeatedly. Hence this application is rejected.
