This is a petition filed under Sections 24 and 151 of the Code of Civil Procedure to have O.P.(Divorce) 376 of 2012 pending before the Family Court, Alappuzha transferred to Family Court, Kottayam.
2. Notice was served on the respondent who has entered appearance and submits that he has no objection in transferring O.P.(Divorce) 376 of 2012 to Family Court, Pala.
3. Petitioner is agreeable for the same. So there is no reason why the prayer should not be allowed.
In the result, this petition is allowed and O.P. (Divorce) No. 376 of 2013 pending before the Family Court, Alappuzha shall stand transferred to Family Court, Pala.
