This petition is made to direct the expeditious proceeding of the Special Civil Suit No.4 of 2003 pending before the learned Civil Judge (S.D.), Vijapur.
On hearing the learned advocate, it is specifically mentioned that there is no application moved by the present petitioner before the concerned Court, but since he is a senior citizen, he be permitted to move such an application before the trial court. No such permission from this Court would be warranted. The petitioner, since, is a senior citizen, even otherwise there are number of guidelines and directions for dealing with such matters expeditiously. The petitioner can approach the court concerned with such a request. The petition is accordingly disposed of. Direct service is permitted.
