JUDGMENT / ORDER

Court No. - 59
Case :- CONTEMPT APPLICATION (CIVIL) No. - 3144 of 2018 Applicant :- Late Bahadur Singh Mahavidyalay Madhugarh Opposite Party :- Shri Manoj Kumar Sagar, S.D.M. Counsel for Applicant :- Kamalesh Kumar Nishad
Hon'ble Yashwant Varma,J.
Heard learned counsel for the applicant.
This petition alleges disobedience of an order dated 22 September 2017 which had directed expeditious disposal of a matter pending in the Court of the S.D.M. preferably within a period of six months.
From a perusal of the extract of the order sheet filed, the Court notes that on 28 January 2018 it was the applicant himself who was called upon to furnish various particulars. Presently and on the state of the record, there is no evidence to indicate whether this order was complied with.
Consequently, this Court finds no ground to entertain this petition in contempt.
The petition is dismissed.
Order Date :- 31.5.2018 Arun K. Singh
