The instant revision under Section 388 (3) of the Indian Succession Act, 1925, challenges the order dated 31.03.2017 passed by the Civil Judge, (Senior Division), Rampur in a Case under Section 372, for grant of a succession certificate and the appellate order dated 09.08.2018 passed by the IInd Addl. District Judge, Rampur affirming the order dated 31.03.2017.
The revision is not maintainable in view of an earlier decision rendered of this Court in Civil Revision No. 347 of 2017: Vitta Devi & 2 Ors. vs. Atul Singh & 4 Ors. (2018 (1) AWC 459).
This revision is dismissed as not maintainable.
