Today when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate, appearing for the contemnors / respondents has stated that the order of this Court dated 01.03.2017, made in W.P.(MD) No.3613 of 2017, has been complied with by the respondents in letter and spirit and he also produced a copy of the proceedings of the third respondent namely the District Educational Officer, Dindigul District in g.K.vz;.2448/m2/2016 dated 15.06.2017.
2.Recording the statement and taking into account the order passed by the third respondent dated 15.06.2017, this Contempt Petition is closed.
