In the order dated 2.5.2012 passed in present petition, in para 5.2, through inadvertence, it is written as "maximum", however, it should be "minimum". Hence, the said line of para 5.2 be corrected and read as "For the purpose of this scheme, the minimum working capital".
It is also noticed that, in the said order, through typographical error, in para 6.1, the date is mentioned as "16.2.2012", however, it should be "16.4.2012". The said line of para 6.1 be corrected and read as "application/representation dated 16.4.2012 and take appropriate".
Office to make necessary corrections accordingly.
The Note for Speaking to Minutes dated 7.5.2012 stands disposed of accordingly.
