Respondent/Complainant Petition under section 438 of Cr.PC., praying that in the circumstances stated in the memo of grounds filed herein, the High Court may be pleased to direct the SHO, Kukatpally Housing Board Police Station enlarge the petitioner on bail in the event of his arrest in Cr.No.82/2014 on the file of PS. Kukapally Housing Board Police Station, Ranga Reddy District.
The petition coming on for hearing, upon perusing the Petition and the memo of grounds filed herein, and upon hearing the arguments of Sri Harinath Reddy Soma, Advocate for the Petitioner, and of Public Prosecutor for Respondent, the Court made the following.
ORDER:
The petitioner is A2. He seeks for grant of anticipatory bail. He allegedly committed offences under Section 306 and 107 IPC. The deceased is the husband of A1. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner has illicit intimacy with A1, which led the commission of suicide by the husband of A1. The investigation is still in progress. However, in view of the nature of the offences alleged, I consider it appropriate to enlarge the petitioner on anticipatory bail.

Hence, this Petition is allowed. The petitioner shall surrender before the learned XIX Metropolitan Magistrate, at Kukatpally, within two weeks from today. On such surrender, the learned XIX Metropolitan Magistrate, Kukatpally, shall enlarge the petitioner on bail on a bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) with two sureties in a like sum to his satisfaction.
