The petitioner, the owner of stage carriage No. KL-8- AH-7671 applied for temporary permit on the route Panambukad-High Court in the vacancy of stage carriage No. KL-11/M-4679. The petitioner has approached this Court with a prayer to direct the respondent to grant and issue temporary permit to the petitioner's stage carriage No.KL-8-AH-7671 on the route Panambukad-High Court in the vacant timings of stage carriage bearing No. KL-11/M- 4679.
2. If vacancy of stage carriage bearing registration No. KL-11/M-4679 is still in existence and no other person having better claim has applied for a temporary permit to operate a stage carriage in that vacancy, there will be a direction to the respondent to issue a temporary permit of W.P.(C) No.25515 of 2014 - L 2 four months duration within one week from the date of production of a copy of this judgment by passing
preferential claim if any.
