ORDER:
This writ petition is filed for a Mandamus to set aside proceedings in Rc.No.D1CS/6907/2014 dated 27.09.2014 of respondent No.4, whereby he has suspended the petitioner’s fair price shop authorization.
On the petitioner’s own showing, he has filed an appeal against the order impugned in this writ petition before respondent No.3. Inasmuch as the petitioner has already availed the appellate remedy, I am not inclined to entertain this writ petition at this stage. However, respondent No.3 is directed to dispose of the appeal within one month from the date of receipt of this order, after giving notice and an opportunity of being heard to the petitioner.
Subject to the above direction, the writ petition is dismissed.
As a sequel to the dismissal of the writ petition, W.P.M.P.No.42206 of 2014 shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
