These two petitions are filed under Section 24 of C.P.C. seeking transfer of O.P.Nos. 496 of 2013 and 497 of 2013 pending before the Family Court, Pala at Kottayam to the Family Court, Eattumanoor.
2. Both petitions are not opposed by the respondents.
Hence, the petitions are allowed. O.P.Nos. 496 of 2013 and 497 of 2013 pending before the Family Court, Pala shall stand transferred to the Family Court, Eattumanoor.
