The petitioner is concerned with the consideration of Ext.P1 application, in respect of a temporary permit. The learned Government Pleader submits that in fact, on the very same rout, the petitioner had applied for regular permit. However, the K.S.R.T.C objected to it, on the ground that there is objectionable overlap of a notified route. The petitioners contention is only that Ext.P1 be considered. In such circumstance, the authorities shall consider it of course after hearing the K.S.R.T.C, especially since, the consideration is ordered only because of the Sabarimala season. The writ petition is disposed of.
