Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.G.A.
This petition has been filed by the petitioner Laltu with a prayer that a suitable direction may be issued to the authority concerned to lodge the FIR in compliance of the order dated 2.9.2013 passed by learned A.C.J.M. Court No. 3, Hardoi in Misc. case No. 338 of 2013 under section 156 (3) Cr.P.C.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, it is directed that in case the petitioner is having any grievance with regard to the non execution of the order dated 2.9.2013, the same shall be raised before learned A.C.J.M. Court No. 3, Hardoi who shall pass the appropriate order in accordance with law.
With this direction, this petition is finally disposed of.
