It is argued by the learned counsel for the appellant that the realization of half of the fine amount was suspended during pendency of the appeal.
It is further argued that one month time was granted to deposit the half of the amount but the same is not shown in the order.
The application is allowed.
The order dated 25.10.2021 is corrected to the extent that the rest half amount of the fine will be deposited by the appellant within a period of one month.
