Shri Ram Surat Patel, learned counsel for the petitioner prays that he may be permitted to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to file a fresh writ petition enclosing therewith a copy of the sale deed and after making necessary averments.
As prayed, this writ petition is, accordingly, dismissed with liberty aforesaid.
The certified copy of the documents enclosed may be returned to the learned counsel for the petitioner after retaining the photocopy of the same as per rules.
