Shri Rajnish Kumar Rai, Advocate appearing on behalf of the opposite parties has filed an affidavit of compliance, wherein it has been indicated that in compliance of the order of the Court the claim set up by the applicant has already been decided by the opposite party on 19.8.2019. The affidavit of compliance is taken on record.
Consequently, nothing further survives and the contempt application is disposed of.
It is, however, clarified that this order shall not preclude the applicants to assail the validity of the said order before the appropriate forum.
