The writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief -
" I. issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent no.1 Deputy Director of Consolidation, Jaunpur to decide the Revision No.2455/17-18 (Ram Ashish and others vs. Lalta and others) within stipulate period, which may be fixed by this Hon'ble Court."
The revision sought to be expedited has been filed on 02.05.2018 before the Deputy Director of Consolidation, Jaunpur.
It appears that the revision filed on 02.05.2018 has been admitted on 19.09.2018 and the notices have been issued to the opposite party. The matter has not remained pending for such a long period of time that would justify issuance of any directions for his expeditious disposal.
The writ petition is dismissed at this stage.
