Heard Sri Piyush Kumar Srivastava, learned counsel for the petitioner.
The petitioner in the writ petition is seeking a direction to the Civil Judge (Junior Division), Sikandra Rao, Hathras to decide the Execution Case No.07 of 2014 (Shankar Lal Vs. Jagdish Prasad) expeditiously. Copy of the order-sheet has been filed as Annexure-6 to the writ petition.
No useful purpose would be served by keeping this writ petition pending.
The writ petition is, therefore, disposed of with a direction to the respondent no.4, Civil Judge (Junior Division), Sikandra Rao, Hathras to decide the Execution Case No.07 of 2014 (Shankar Lal Vs. Jagdish Prasad) in accordance with law after giving an adequate opportunity of hearing to all the parties to the lis expeditiously preferably within a period of one year from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order.
It is made clear that the Court has not adjudicated the claim of the petitioner on merits.
