The grievance of the petitioner is to decide the Revision No.01526 of 2018, Computerized Case No.C201805000001526 (Lalmuni vs. Awadhesh Tiwari and others), pending before respondent no.1 - Additional Commissioner (Administration - I), Gorakhpur Division, Gorakhpur and the same has not been decided so far.
Learned Standing Counsel fairly states that in case the abovementioned case is pending and has not been decided till date, the same would be considered and decided expeditiously.
In view of the above, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the issue and considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this writ petition is disposed of finally with a direction to Competent Authority to decide petitioner's aforesaid case and pass appropriate reasoned order after affording opportunity of hearing to all concerned parties, expeditiously, preferably, within a period of one year from today provided there is no legal impediment.
