Heard learned counsel for the applicant and Sri A.R. Chaurasiya learned A.G.A. for the State.
Learned counsel for the applicant submitted that in 3rd line of 4th paragraph of order dated 26.12.2018, "Section 302" has been left to be mentioned due to typographical mistake and the same may be added.
Ground sufficient and correction application is liable to be allowed.
The application is allowed and order dated 26.12.2018 is corrected accordingly.
Office is directed to provide correct certified copy of the order to (i) learned counsel for applicant and (ii) A.G.A. for communicating the same to the authorities concerned, today itself and further to send a corrected copy of order to the District Magistrate, Basti, Senior Superintendent of Police, Basti and Jail Superintendent, District Jail, Basti through fax by today itself.
