It is contended that a suit for permanent injunction was filed by the petitioner before the Civil Judge (Jr.D.) Court no.10, Deoria.
In the said suit, an application for temporary injunction (6-C) was filed, which was decided by order dated 25.5.2019.
Aggrieved by the said order, petitioner approached the District Judge, Deoria for filing a miscellaneous appeal, but due to vacation in District Courts from 1.6.2019, the said miscellaneous appeal as well as the stay application was not entertained. As the District Courts are going to reopen on 1.7.2019, as such, no direction is being issued at this stage so as to enable the petitioners to file the appeal along with the stay application on the reopening day.
Put up this case as fresh on 8th July, 2019 for further order.
